Lies

Lies have engulfed the world. People always use them to get out the easy way. They think lies will make the problem go away and not come back. Well they’re wrong, lies always come back and haunt you, sometimes making things worse. Sure using tiny little lies might be alright in some situations where you can fix easily; or you just don’t want people knowing whats really going on. But big lies can change peoples lives and sooner or later the lie becomes bigger.

People could get attached to lies and become addicted. Meaning they tell nothing but lies, and no one likes a big fat liar.

Some people can’t recognize when someone is telling a lie, so they end up getting caught up in the mess and later on getting hurt the most.

Lies mess things up big time. It would be better off if no one ever lied. I do agree though that sometimes lying comes in handy when you don’t want to hurt someone you love, but what if it comes back around and bites you in the butt? They’d be hurt even more that you didn’t tell them the truth and plus they’d be really mad at you for who knows how long. Matters on how big of a lie you told them. If it’s ever necessary to lie,1st make sure it is the right situation to lie in and 2nd make it a small lie. Nothing big.

For those who can’t detect lies, you can find them by body language, reactions, speech pattern, and eye contact. People could be lying if they’re fidgeting, or not looking you straight in the eye. Something might also be wrong with how they’re speeching, it could be different then usual. Sometimes before a person replies, they think a little about a lie they could tell. I bet if you look out for these clues, you’ll be able to tell if someone is lying to you.

Sometimes people would rather have a lie then the truth, but even so it’s always better to tell the truth.
